Your role
As a Sales & Category Manager (m/f/d) at Yoshi en, you'll drive the expansion of our rapidly growing functional tea line across all sales channels and lead the strategic scaling of our key channel, the Therapists & Doctors Network (TAN).
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and our parent company, gaining access to proven sales structures while driving selected initiatives of your own. This role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of wellness, healthcare and product innovation – with room to grow.

- Support sales development: You help define and optimize internal and external sales processes, leveraging synergies within the group.
- Grow our TAN network: You help expand our network of therapists and healthcare professionals and promote product placement in that context.
- Contribute to category work: You support the product team with market insights, product positioning and portfolio planning.
- Coordinate campaigns: You work on B2B/B2C promotions (e.g. yoshien.com & sunday.de), and support preparations for trade shows with, field event and integrated marketing campaign.
- Work cross-functionally: You’re in constant exchange with marketing, operations and product teams – inside and outside the company.
- Track progress: You monitor relevant KPIs and report regularly on sales development and category performance.
