Your role

This position is not for Sunday Natural but for Yoshi en, the sister company of Sunday Natural. As a brand that has grown slowly and steadily, Yoshi en is led with passionate vision by Jörg Schweikart and is understood to be a financially independent dtc eCommerce start-up.

Are you passionate about tea and skilled in transforming words? We are seeking a talented individual to translate and refine our tea product pages, craft engaging social media content, and ensure our newsletters resonate with English-speaking customers. If you're a native English speaker with a flair for translation, a love for tea, and strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!

• Translating and refining our tea product pages from German to English, making content engaging and accessible
• Ensuring our newsletters resonate with English-speaking audiences, matching the tone and message of the original German versions
• Creating and proofreading captivating Instagram captions and social media content that aligns with our brand’s voice and engages our followers
• Translating and updating category pages to keep our online shop fresh and consistent
• Assisting with various tasks, including writing short product descriptions, ad captions, and participating in tea tastings

Your profile

• Strong command of English on C2 level with a solid editorial background
• Degree in a related field with at least two years of German-to-English translation experience
• Familiarity with AI translation tools is a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for Japanese, Chinese, or herbal teas and accessories
• Strong project management skills, keeping work organized and on track
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with tools like Jira, Magento, and SEO is a plus
• Ability to collaborate easily with other departments to ensure content aligns with brand strategy
• Knowledge of Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
