Your role

We are a multi-brand company that brings together independent brands such as Yoshi en, Edeneve, and Hunreys under one roof. Each brand is in diverse phases of business growth, possessing unique products and brand identities. Yoshi en, born out of a passion for tea, was conceived by Jörg Schweikart in 2013. The Yoshi en team comprises more than 20 tea experts and professionals from over 10 countries, eager to share their knowledge and love for tea. Yoshi en thus sees itself not only as a provider of quality teas and accessories but also as an advocate for contemporary tea culture and wholesome living. 

As the (Senior) Google Campaign / Shopping Manager for Yoshi en, your primary focus will be on Google Shopping ads to increase brand visibility and drive growth. • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google shopping ads, Meta ads, Tiktok ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Develop and implement a robust Google Shopping strategy to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue and do the whole Google shopping campaign management
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs & provide data-driven insights to make informed decisions
• Conduct A/B testing & continually optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Manage advertising budgets & allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROAS
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to expand the brand's reach

Your profile

• Proven track record of success in Performance Marketing within e-commerce business and experience managing ad campaigns on Google Shopping ads - Meta ads, Tiktok ads, and Microsoft Ads are a bonus!
• Familiarity with A/B testing as well as conversion rate optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work cross-functionally and familiarity with Google Analytics & Google Workspace
• Strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Fluency in English or German is mandatory, passion for tea and an understanding of the premium tea market is a plus
