Yoshi En Born out of a passion for tea, Jörg Schweikart conceived Yoshi en in 2013 alongside Sunday Natural, and today the two sister companies continue to share a close connection. The Yoshi en team brings together more than 20 tea experts from over 10 countries who are delighted to impart their knowledge and love for tea. Yoshi en therefore sees itself not only as a purveyor of quality teas and accessories, but also as an ambassador for contemporary tea culture and wholesome living.

As the Senior eCommerce Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of Yoshien. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and execute technology and digital product strategies that align with our business goals and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide visionary leadership and guidance in all aspects of technology, from platform selection and architecture to system integration and scalability
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and product roadmap that supports the growth and evolution of our D2C platform with emphasis on the areas of eCommerce, ERP and data
• Leverage your expertise in technologies such as Odoo, Magento 2, and BigQuery Data Warehouse to optimize our current systems and explore opportunities for enhancement
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within our digital ecosystem
• Work closely with cross-functional teams from Yoshien as well as from Sunday Natural, that will provide resources and systems
• Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to service-level agreements
• Oversee data security and privacy measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Your profile

• Proven track record of leadership in a technology-driven role, preferably within the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sector
• Strong experience with Odoo, Magento 2 (or any other enterprise scale eCommerce solution), and BigQuery Data Warehouse, along with a broader understanding of modern tech stacks
• Prior success in scaling digital platforms, driving innovation, and leading high-performance technology teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
